SHIPPING & RETURNS

Mugs and regular bowls will ship in 1-2 weeks, personalized bowls in 1-3 weeks. All items ship to the address provided by the customer. If items require to be shipped again, customer is responsible for cost of reshipment. We use UPS and USPS. Please contact us for local pickup options if you are in the greater Denver area and are interested in picking up your bowls you can save on shipping and handling fees!

In an effort to be environmentally responsible, all of our packaging materials are recyclable. We also reuse boxes from time to time. Our sustainable shipping standards are high, and eco-friendly shipping solutions are important to us!

All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns. Customer service is important to us, so please reach out to us via email at swankyceramics@gmail.com with any issues with your order and we will do our best to accommodate our customers. If an exchange or return is agreed upon, it must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused and within 14 days. If your return is accepted, and the item is received in its original condition, we will refund the value of the ceramics. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred. In the unlikely event of damage during shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt, and keep all of the packaging. We'll provide further instructions and begin the process of getting a replacement piece to you as soon as possible. We do not take responsibility or offer refunds for stolen mail.

Welcome to Swanky Ceramics LLC
At Swanky Ceramics, we handcraft all our ceramic products with care, using lead-free and cadmium-free glazes. Our bowls, mugs, and dishware are designed for everyday use, including pet bowls, and are dishwasher and microwave safe, though we recommend hand washing to extend the life of your products.

Product Variations

Because our ceramics are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, and glaze are normal.

Care Instructions

To ensure safe use and longevity:

  • Wash bowls daily with warm, soapy water

  • Inspect for cracks or chips, and replace if damaged

Important: Improper cleaning can allow bacteria growth in any type of bowl, including ceramic, stainless steel, or plastic.

Pet Use Safety

Swanky Ceramics products are suitable for pets when used as directed. We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice for animals. Please consult a licensed veterinarian regarding pet nutrition or health concerns.

Food Safety Statement

All our glazes are lead-free, and cadmium-free. Products are high-fired to food-safe temperatures, making them safe for human and pet use under normal care instructions.

Limitation of Liability

By purchasing Swanky Ceramics products, you agree that use is at your own risk. Swanky Ceramics LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Injury or illness to humans or pets

  • Damages resulting from misuse, improper care, or failure to follow instructions

Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
